No two COSWYK cat trees are the same.
The branches are unique, the space is unique, the cat is unique — and a build that ignores any of those things shows. The commission model exists because this kind of work takes time to do properly.
Each tree is designed around a specific brief: the room it's going into, the cat it's built for, the way the two need to work together.
Platforms are positioned. Proportions are considered. Materials are chosen for how they'll look in that space, not just how they'll hold up.
The result isn't a cat tree that happens to fit. It's one that was always going to.
How it works

Join the waitlist
Add your name and email. When books open, you'll receive the order form directly.

Fill out the order form
Tell us about your space, your cat, and what you're looking for. A one-week response window applies.

Secure your slot
Slots are offered in the order the forms are recieved. A £50 consultation fee confirms your place and is credited against the final price.

The build
Once your slot is confirmed, a consultation finalises the brief — structure, materials, dimensions, and finish. A 60% deposit begins the build; the remaining 40% is due before dispatch. Timelines are agreed at consultation.

Pricing
All commissions are quoted individually. Final price agreed during consultation.
Indoor
From £795
The base indoor commission is a freestanding hardwood cat tree, standing approximately 5ft tall with three platforms and a solid hardwood base of 45 × 60cm. At least two natural branches form the trunk, stacked vertically and fixed for stability.
Platforms are solid hardwood, finished to brief, and dressed with cushions as standard. Rope wrapping can be added to any section of the trunk. Wood species and finish are agreed at consultation.
Outdoor
From £795
The base outdoor commission matches the indoor spec in structure — approximately 5ft, three platforms, 45 × 60cm base, at least two natural branches — but is built and finished for year-round outdoor use.
Materials are selected for weather resistance. Platforms are solid hardwood, rope can be incorporated, and cushions are not included as standard. Wood species and treatment are agreed at consultation based on your climate and exposure.
Additional height, platforms, or complexity is priced above the base.
Statement Builds
Price on application.
Statement commissions are for builds that go beyond the standard spec in scale, complexity, or ambition. This includes anything significantly taller or wider than the base model, pieces with multiple trunks, wall-mounted structures, more complex platform configurations, or designs that require architectural consideration.
These are priced individually following consultation. There is no fixed starting point — the brief determines the price.
