Thank you for shopping with COSWYK. Below you’ll find our shipping terms and conditions. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. Processing and Lead Times

  • Cat Trees & Large Items: Made to order, with a lead time of 6–8 weeks before dispatch.

  • Smaller Items (e.g. clocks, shelves, boards, planters): Lead time of 1–3 weeks before dispatch.

  • Lead times are estimates and may vary depending on workload and availability of materials. We will contact you if there are significant changes to your estimated dispatch date.

2. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination.

  • Oversized or heavy items (such as cat trees) may require specialised shipping services. Any additional charges will be stated before checkout.

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees.

3. Delivery Estimates

  • UK Orders: Once dispatched, delivery is typically 2–5 business days.

  • International Orders: Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier. Customs processing may add additional delays.

  • Please note: delivery time = lead time + shipping time.

4. Order Tracking

  • Where available, tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

  • Not all economy shipping services include tracking; available options will be shown at checkout.

5. Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once your order is handed over to the carrier.

  • COSWYK is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or damage caused in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please notify the carrier and email us at coswykwood@gmail.com so we can assist.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, or because it was not collected, you are responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Refused deliveries will not be refunded for shipping charges.

7. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability or size.

8. International Shipping

  • COSWYK ships to selected countries. Availability and rates are displayed at checkout.

  • International orders may be subject to customs inspections and import charges, which are the customer’s responsibility.
